The equipment and materials furnished under these specifications shall be incorporated in the City's Perche Creek Substation at 4419 Ludwick Blvd. (Rear) in Columbia, Missouri. Contractor shall furnish one (1) lineup of 15kV (kilo-volt) class metalclad switchgear, complete with walk-in enclosure, materials, accessories and documentation as specified herein FOB the switchgear foundation at the Perche Creek Substation. The switchgear lineup shall generally be referred to as Perche Creek Switchgear 1. The switchgear lineup shall be delivered, assembled and ready to receive field wiring and connections per these specifications no earlier than November 2, 2026 and no later than November 16, 2026.
