Renovation of a parking garage in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
a. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on the Drawings and specified herein. b. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may not be specifically mentioned. c. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of comprehensive maintenance repairs of the parking structure, including: powerwashing cleaning of all the parking levels, stairways, brick masonry elements and exterior parapets. Miscellaneous concrete and masonry repairs, stairways handrails repairs and pedestrian traffic membrane recoating, application of a new vehicular traffic membrane to the repaired elevated parking levels, interior garage slabs-on-grade repairs, new traffic striping to conform with ADA standards, repairs to the existing concrete sidewalks/flatwork and brick masonry planters and handrails at the garage entrances, misc. joint sealants and painting work. (2) Structural work shall consist of designated repairs to miscellaneous concrete columns, walls, stairways and ceiling/soffit elements in the garage.
