Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Description The project generally consists of a new approximately 23,000 gross square foot meat processing, education, and training facility for the University of Missouri – Columbia campus. The facility will entail all aspects of slaughter, fabrication, further processing, and retail sales of meat animal species, and be operated by the College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources (CAFNR) for student and stakeholder education and training. *Project documents have not yet been obtained to post.
