MUSC Health is seeking qualifications from Architectural firms for its project "Expansion and Renovation of Columbia Downtown Hospital" located in Columbia SC. The MUHA wishes to renovate and expand the current Emergency Department located at the Columbia Downtown Hospital. The project will involve the expansion of the Emergency Department and renovation of the existing emergency department while providing care and keeping all services intact during the entirety of the project. In order to accommodate the growth of the ED footprint, the existing clinical laboratory will be relocated as an enabling project -the design services of which will be performed outside the scope of services under this RFQ- and will also be undertaken by the CM awarded dod a contract under this RFQ/P. The MUHA reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received. The MUHA is not obligated to request clarifications or additional information but may do so at its discretion. The MUHA reserves the right to extend the deadline for submittals. All questions must be submitted, in writing, to the Agency Coordinator: Kimberly Young, Coordinator II, by 3:00 PM March 6, 2025 at 2PM via e-mail at: youki@musc.edu The project construction manager budget limitation (CMBL) is expected to be in the range of $21,000,000-$23,000,000($21MM-$23MM) *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
