Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Chester, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Village of Chester (the Village) proposes to engage the services of a qualified and capable contractor (the Supplier) to provide exterior accessibility retrofits to its Public Washroom and Lido Pool facilities at 10 Parade Square, Chester, NS. The work will take place within property owned by the Village. These include: one paved accessible parking space, accessible sidewalk from there to door of public washroom, new entrance landing and door; as well as installation of a new concrete pool ramp OR portable ramp from the pool deck to the floor of the pool. Note: Interior retrofits to the Public Washroom will be considered separately in RFP #VOC-2025-02 "Public Washroom Interior Accessibility Retrofits". Deadline for RFP questions: 48 hours prior to proposal submission deadline
