Bishop CISD - HVAC Improvements Phase II Requests for clarification and/or interpretation of the Bishop HVAC Improvements - Phase II Contract Documents must be in writing and forwarded via E-mail to all of the following; Isaac Lozano, Project Manager Gignac Architects ilozano@gignac-associates.com Manuel L. Tamez Director of Finance and Related Services mtamez@bishopcisd.net A.) The attached PRE-PROPOSAL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / INTERPRETATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be completed and returned to the above as an attachment to your e-mail. Any entries made to the file will need to be saved (on your computer) then attached to your email. B.) All changes and/or additional to the project documents shall be done by a written Addendum published by the Project Architect to all Plan Holders, and such Addendum(s) shall become a part of the Contract Documents. C.) All other oral or written interpretation, or explanations, corrections and/or approvals, do not constitute a change to the project documents, and therefore, should not be relied upon as such. One bid received, rejected. Tender has been cancelled. The project will be re-tendered approximately April 30, 2025.
