Renovation of a medical facility in Kirkland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

**As of May 30, 2025, the project was awarded to JTM Construction, with an awarded amount of $1,201,100.** The sealed bids and qualifications will be taken to a conference room indicated on the Bid Box, opened, and read aloud ten minutes after. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid proposal security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the order of King County Hospital District No. 2 for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid proposal security. The bid is for performing all Work including furnishing and installing equipment in accordance with the bid documents, plans and specifications. This is a public works project:, and therefore must comply with prevailing wage requirements. The work includes but is not limited to: PPCC TI: Interior renovation of existing suite. Selective demolition. New work includes new finishes (floors, walls, ceilings), modifications to existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Limited changes to doors and hardware. Education TI: Tenant improvement of existing office space. Selective demolition of existing partitions and ceilings to allow reconfiguration of interior space. New work includes new finishes (floors, walls, ceilings), casework, new doors and hardware, modifications to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in an occupied space. See phasing plan for phased work within this space. Work at both locations will run concurrently. The estimated cost of construction is $1,730,000.00 (One Million Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars). Bids shall be publicly opened and read, and the Owner shall proceed to canvas the bids and may award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on plans and specifications on file. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and no contract shall be let in excess of the estimated cost of such project. No bidders may withdraw their bids after the hour set for the receipt, thereof unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date and time for receipt of the bids.
