Site work for a water / sewer project in Sonora, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

In general, the project will consist of the installation of approximately 3,320 linear feet of cured-inplace pipe ranging from 6" to 15" diameter, at various locations within the District's service area in Tuolumne County, CA, see Exhibit A. Questions will be accepted until 2:00PM March 11, 2025. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Contract Documents, on the forms therein or copies thereof. Upon being awarded the contract, Bidder shall provide a 100% Public Works Payment Bond and a 100% Performance Bond. All work shall be completed by June 30th, 2025. The Notice to Award is expected to be provided to the Contractor no later than March 26th, 2025. Failure to complete the work within the time allotted may result in the imposition of liquidated damages, as outlined in the Instructions to Bidder. The District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the Contract, to reject any or all Bids, to re-Bid, to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements, to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, non-responsible, or conditional Bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which, however, shall not extend beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.
