As of June 1, 2025, no award, Anticipated award date is June 16th at the City Council Meeting Bids from qualified contractors to construct a new pickleball court at the Woods Creek Rotary Park near 680 Woods Creek Drive, Sonora, CA 95370. Work includes performing site demolition and grading, reconfiguring the existing sprinkler system, constructing the concrete pickleball court slab and access walkway, applying the court surface treatment and paint, furnishing and installing the pickleball net system and court benches, furnishing and installing the perimeter fencing and gate, resodding areas left as exposed earth after the completion of the pickleball construction, and furnishing and installing other appurtenances needed for the completed project as shown on the plans The selected contractor will be required to obtain a building permit and a business license from the City of Sonora. The building permit fee will be waived. The DBE Contract goal is 0 percent. The project is anticipated to be completed within 40 Working Days. The City of Sonora reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
