Estimated Bid Value $250,000 Project Duration Initial 3-year contract plus two, 1-year renewal options Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 03/03/2025 4:00 PM (PST) The City of Santa Ana (City) desires to enter into an agreement with a qualified contractor to provide demolition services for abatement, including asbestos abatement, lead, and hazardous materials removals, services for the City of Santa Ana on an as-needed basis. From the proposals received, it is the City's goal to select one or more firms to enter into agreement(s).The total demolition services needed for this on-call contract(s) is valued at approximately$250,000. The total amount to be expended shall be shared among all contractors selected for award to provide these services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1) Contractor must have been in business continuously for the most recent five (5) years prior to the date of this RFP. 2) Minimum five (5) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via online. Responses to all questions will be posted on online no later than the date and time shown at the schedule of key RFP dates on the cover page of this RFP. All prospective Proposers are advised to visit online on a regular basis as responses may be posted earlier than the date above (if applicable). No verbal requests or responses will be accepted. Significant interpretations or clarifications will be addressed via addenda to this RFP. Requests submitted for City's consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City's RFP and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications. Significant interpretations or clarifications and responses to questions received by the deadline will be addressed via addenda to this RFP, which will be released and posted on online under the "Addenda/Emails" tab.
