The University System of New Hampshire (USNH), representing the University of New Hampshire Facilities Project Management (UNH FPM), is requesting bids to replace the fire alarm system in Lord Hall. Deadline for written questions 03/07/2025 at 12:00 p.m. Response to questions by 03/14/2025 Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be on the Q&A Board . Award announcement Week of 03/24/2025 Construction Schedule: Construction Begins 05/19/2025 Construction Complete 08/08/2025 The general scope of work for this project includes replacing the fire alarm system in the 1950-built Lord Hall dormitory. Scope includes demolition of existing systems, installation and maintenance of a temporary system, and installation of a new, code-compliant fire alarm system. Please be sure to thoroughly read through all bidding documents to fully understand all scope requirements. Bid security and performance and payment bonds are required for all projects of $100,000 or greater. USNH bond documents, 00410, 00610 and 00620 are available in the Buyer Attachments section. Other bid bond formats are not acceptable. Original bid security documents and bonds shall be delivered to: UNH Project Manager James Vincent at: James.Vincent@unh.edu USNH will only accept electronic bonds
