Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Work generally consists of all Mechanical Construction work associated with the Four Seasons Pavilion, including but not limited to installation of one roof top unit; louvers; diffusers; electric heaters; ductwork; duct detectors; and exhaust fans. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township of Center. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids
