Site work for a civil project in Fairfield, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The improvements generally consist of removing an existing timber bridge, constructing an approximately 4,400 cubic yard dam, and constructing 320 linear feet of 42-inch diameter principal spillway pipe. The work under the proposed Contract shall commence upon issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. The proposed dam improvements listed shall be fully completed within 30 working days with a late start date of August 18, 2025.
