The awarded Contractor shall follow the flooring specifications below. B. FLOOR SPECIFICATIONS - The gym floors will be repaired and refinished to a "like new" condition. 1. Gymnasium A (8,429 sf) Work to be completed before June 30, 2025 a. Sand existing wood gymnasium floors to a smooth uniform surface. b. Remove all existing finishes, paint lines and imperfections. c. Repair or replace any damaged wood in the floor with alike or similar wood. d. Refinish floor with multiple coats of Hilyard Tip-Off Gym Finish or equivalent. e. Repaint all game lines with a compatible paint. (paint four pickleball courts, two halfcourt basketball courts and one full court basketball court) f. Apply an additional coats of finish 2.
