No Proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving Proposals for at least 60 calendar days. Bid Bond - 5 % Performance Bond - 100 % Maintenance Bond - 100 % Payment Bond - 100 % The project consists of SCIPP lining of sanitary sewers in continual use. This project consists of installing approximately 16-10-inch SCIPP liners. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the operations do not interfere with the functioning of the sewer, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the ENGINEER. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Proposal, payable without condition to the Township of Macomb as security for the acceptance of this contract. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid issued by an approved Surety Company and executed by the Proposer, may be furnished in lieu of a certified check.
