Reference Number 0000387244 The project consists of removing and installing various sidewalk ramps and curb and gutter to meet ADA requirements, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer. Prequalification Requirement: Current System for Award Management (SAM) Registration Required. Question Deadline 06/03/2025 at 10:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online Yes . All questions shall be directed to Janet Solomon, Purchasing Specialist, at Macomb Township, at solomonj@macomb-mi.gov, no later than 7 calendar days prior to Bid opening. General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid, payable without condition to the Township of Macomb as security for the acceptance of this contract. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount Bid issued by an approved Surety Company and executed by the Bidder, may be furnished in lieu of a certified check. Macomb Township reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any or all Bids, to waive defects in the Bids, and to make the award as may appear to be to the best interest of Macomb Township. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving Bids for at least sixty (60) calendar days.
