Renovation of a water / sewer project in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Design participation, pre-construction, and construction phase services for the replacement of the existing pumps in the Blended Sludge Pump Station (BSPS) at the LVSWRRF. (Construction Manager/General Contractor) As part of the PROJECT, the three primary sludge pumps will be replaced with four new diaphragm pumps, grinders, and installation of all associated piping, valves, equipment, and instrumentation The Scope of Work for CMGC includes final design participation, pre-construction services and construction services for the PROJECT. The initial Scope of Work shall include final design participation and development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) based upon the 90% design documents. Authorization to proceed with the Construction Phase will be granted with a CONTRACT amendment, incorporating the GMP and 100% specifications and drawings. The Drawings and Specifications for Construction services will be submitted to CMGC for constructability review at the 90% and 100% design milestones. CMGC shall be required to use project management software as a service (PM SaaS) solution, a web-based project management tool, for all submittals and communication on this PROJECT.
