District 3 Engineer Land, Waters, Engineering Bureau Kenneth.howe@dnr.iowa.gov 319-240-3553 Scope of Work The CONTRACTOR shall furnish, at his own proper cost and expense, all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete, in a workmanlike manner, ready for continuous operation, the above-mentioned project. The work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the following documents, all of which are made a part hereof and collectively evidence and constitute the contract: ? CONTRACTOR’s Proposal attached as Attachment A. ? Federally Funded Documents to be submitted if awarded the Contract as Attachment B. ? Drawings Titled, “Clear Lake State Park Water Meter Enclosure”, Sheets 1-4 as Attachment C.
