Headworks Connection from Lagoons to Sewer Treatment Plant TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for engineering services has been awarded. The consultant is to investigate the feasibility of connecting the Windsor Facility (Lagoon) to the Windsor Wastewater Treatment Facility; along with preliminary design for a new VFD pumping station, complete with influent screening design along with pumping capacity analysis and recommendations; and preliminary design for control valve chamber to regular, isolate, along with the ability to proportion and vary flows to either Headworks or Lagoon, or a combination complete with individual flow monitoring to each facility. Deliverables are due in late 2025. *Cost to be determined.
