Questions Will any of the catch basins being cleaned require flex hose to reach them Asked Feb 21, 2025 10:48AM Remove accumulated debris and sediment from identified assets and dispose in most cost effective environmentally responsible manner according to DEQ and applicable laws. Any traffic control should be considered in the proposed cost. Remove and dispose of debris in 91 catch basins in Zone 3 (see attached list). Clean all accumulated debris and sediment from 75 LF of storm pipe. Track and report on the cubic yards of debris removed per catch basin and total cubic yards from pipes. Work must be completed by May 15, 2025. Data Report must be submitted with final invoice by June 1, 2025. Oak Lodge Water Services is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced contractors able to provide cleaning services for the Zone 3 Storm System Cleaning Project. The project generally consists of the removal and disposal of debris in 91 catch basins in Zone 3 at agreed upon cost per catch basin; cleaning 75 LF of adjoining storm lines at agreed upon cost per linear foot; and tracking and reporting on the cubic yards of debris removed per catch basin and from pipes overall.
