Description

Renovation of a parking garage in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

The work requires a qualified concrete restoration contractor to perform structural repairs related to double-T beams, inverted-T beams, reinforced concrete columns, walls, floor slabs, stairs, grout pockets, and steel connection components on parking garages P1, P2, P3, and P5. Scope of work also includes installation of waterproofing components, such as traffic coating membranes, expansion joint systems, and sealant joints.
