Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of the three (3) 36" Influent Flowmeters located at the KS Presedementation Facility (8715 Holliday Dr, Kansas City, KS 66106). The flowmeters are located in two (2) separate underground vaults at the facility. The flowmeters and transmitters are to be provided by the Owner. The Work consists of asphalt and removable concrete block removal and replacement, vault confined space entrance, removal and disposal of old flowmeters, installation of new flowmeters, coating and painting, and electrical and instrumentation work, as indicated on the drawings and specifications.
