ATTENTION: Invitation To Bid - Public Works. Indefinite Quantity, Master Term Contract for electrical services at various Spokane County Locations for maintenance and service support furnishing a variety of work and materials on a on call, task order, time and materials, basis. The Contractor must pay prevailing wages, provide bonding and insurance and meet all applicable State and local rules and regulations governing a Public Work project. NATURE OF THE WORK: Award of a master contract for the performance of smaller miscellaneous public work jobs consisting of electrical services on a task order, time and materials, basis for various Spokane County departments. Any contract resulting from this Invitation To Bid shall be non-exclusive and Spokane County reserves the right to award work to others. It will be the sole option of the County to award an on call task(s) under the Master Contract or put the task(s) out for competitive bid. Work for the above-referenced divisions may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the performance of miscellaneous public work jobs generally consisting of electrician services for the Spokane County Fair and Exposition (Expo) Center, performed for on-call repair, maintenance, replacement and/or installation and related work. Work will be performed on an on call, unit price, time and materials ("T&M"), basis through the issuance of Task Orders, as ordered by the applicable Department and issued by the Spokane County Purchasing Department.
