Questions due EQB March 19, 2025 Project Locations: Bidwell Park: 801 E. Handy Road, Colbert, WA 99005. Prairie View Park: 3724 E 61st Avenue, Spokane, WA 99223 This will include removal of existing delaminated plaster, removal of calcium nodules, repair, and replastering of the pool bottom and walls at the North Side Bidwell Park and South Side Prairie View Park as outlined in the project plans and specifications. This Invitation to Bid is for Construction Services, Spokane County North Side and South Side Aquatic Improvements NATURE OF THE PROJECT: Spokane County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, equipment and permitting necessary for the Spokane County Parks, Recreation, and Golf Department to repair and improve both the North Side and South Side pools. This will include removal of existing delaminated plaster, removal of calcium nodules, repair, and replastering of the pool bottom and walls at the North Side Bidwell Park and South Side Prairie View Park as outlined in the project plans and specifications. Alternate #1 work includes replaster of an additional area at, the zero-depth entry area at the North Side pool. Alternate #2 work includes tile repair/replacement at the South Side Pool at Prairie View Park. Alternate #3 work includes replacement of the existing knock down colored coping at the South Side Pool with new concrete coping as per the specifications for the Spokane County's Parks, Recreation, and Golf Department. THE BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding. A copy of the bid is on file with the Clerk of the Board in the County Commissioners' Office. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $500,000 plus tax (not including alternates)
