Site work and paving for a road / highway in Holmes Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Totaling approximately 0.53 miles: Holmes Center Rd. (CR 36) (0.53 mi. x 22.75 ft.) The work for which proposals are invited will consist of resurfacing the roadway with Pavement Planning, Item 254; Asphalt Concrete, Item 441 (448); Tack Coat, Item 407; and Traffic Paint, Item 642, as per specifications of Contract No. CC04 (2025).Partial funding is being provided by an Issue 1 grant through the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC). Contractor shall be paid directly from OPWC for that portion of the project funded via the grant. Date set for completion: August 15, 2025. All proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid or a bond for the full amount of the bid, payable to the Crawford County Commissioners in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Prevailing wage rates for this project have been pre determined as required by law and are set forth in the Ohio Department of Commerce's website. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, or to accept any proposal that is deemed most favorable to Crawford County.
