Minor roofing work to suit renovation and final system balancing, commissioning, and start-up. 202500066 Exterior accessibility and paving at Centennial Public School: This project includes the removal of existing asphalt, concrete, and hardscapes to accommodate the construction. The site will undergo regrading on the south, west and east sides of the school. This project includes but is not limited to the removal of existing asphalt, concrete, and granular where specified, the supply and placement of granulars and new asphalt, and landscape reinstatement. For that reason, the Board recommends that respondents allow sufficient time to get to the site. Respondents arriving near the deadline do so at their own risk. Attendance is mandatory for the full length of the meeting and respondents must sign out when the site visit has concluded. Failure to meet any of the above will result in automatic disqualification from the tender process. Respondents shall attend the site meeting at their own risk and hold the Board harmless for any issues or damages arising out of their attendance of the site meeting. The Board will not consider any claims for additional payments during the execution of the Work for extra work or difficulties encountered resulting from conditions which were either visible or could be reasonably inferred from an examination of the Place of the Work and the available project information prior to the submission of Proposals.
