**As of April 15, 2025 This project has been awarded to DC&F Corp, with the awarded amount of $6,798,917.74.** As per the terms and conditions of the Open Construction Source List OR23SLKN, you are invited to submit a bid for the following project: CFHA Apartment Building 6-Plex - Kingston, Ontario The Work of this Contract comprises the construction of two new apartment buildings (6-units each) at Canadian Forces Base Kingston, Ontario. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 497 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
