Site work for a mixed-use development in Bridgman, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of April 11, 2025 project was awarded to BG Construction in the amount $48,398.50 Project consists of, but is not limited to, the directional drilling installation of approximately 565 LF of new 1.25-inch diameter sanitary force main sewer service to connect the existing Comfort Station park building to an existing on-site public sanitary sewer including installation of new duplex pump stations, in-lieu of the existing on-site sanitary septic system to be abandoned; and as otherwise defined in the project Contract Documents. Project Location: 5239 Lake Street, Bridgman, MI 49106 Work needs to be completed in March-April 2025. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
