Raze building at 313 W. Railroad Ave Wheeler WI 54772. The village is seeking Bids to Raze/Remove/Restore the Property at 313 W. Railroad Avet the village does not own the property all inspections will have to be done from the road. Any questions or ordinances or permitting please contact Melstrom Building Inspections at 480-261-9014 other questions can be referred to the Village Clerk at 715-632-2449. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Winning bidder will have to show proof of insurance.
