**As of April 24, 2025, the project was awarded to Northeast Asphalt Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,712,567.53.** The work shall consist of pulverizing approximately 11,000 LF existing asphalt streets, fine grading, and placement of 8,500 Tons of new HMA Pavement along Snapdragon Lane, Strawflower Drive, the streets within the Cedar Ridge Estates Subdivision, including Christopher Lane, Elmview Drive, Cedar Ridge Drive and Oak Lawn Drive, the streets within the Haen Heights area including Johann Drive, Elderberry Lane, Berryfield Lane, Jordan Street and Cedar Hollow Court. Additional work to include approximately 900 LF of spot curb and gutter replacement, 13,200 LF ditch grading, 60,000 SY ditch restoration, 3,850 LF culvert removal and replacement, 6,300 SY asphalt driveway apron paving, and fine grading and paving approximately 7,500 SF of parking lot in Rennwood Park. BID SECURITY No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Harrison in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award.
