Renovation of a municipal facility in Menasha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Village of Harrison acting through its Village Board, hereby gives notice that Bids for the following described project. PROJECT The project includes adding a standby generator to provide backup power to the existing Village of Harrison municipal facility. The project consists of a new outdoor diesel standby generator, generator concrete pad, one automatic transfer switch, new main service disconnect, new main distribution panelboard, service grounding electrode modifications, new WE Energies service lateral, minor plumbing modifications to make room for electrical equipment, and site restoration. Bids will be received on the following Contract: MUNICIPAL BUILDING STANDBY GENERATOR BID SECURITY No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Harrison in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. BID REJECTION The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Village of Harrison. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 75-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
