Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Verona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing a berm, water control structure and scrape (pond) to restore wetland hydrology, improve wildlife habitat and protect water quality. In addition, constructing an access road originating at the Falk Wells Sugar River Wildlife Area parking lot at 7045 Sunset Drive, Verona, WI 53593. Question Submission Deadline: March 25, 2025, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: March 28, 2025, 5:00pm If you have any questions regarding the navigation of electronic, contact the Public Works Project Manager listed for the project. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bank certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price, made payable to Dane County. Assuming a start date of May 15, 2025, Public Works requires this project to be completed by June 1, 2026.
