Site Address: Shady Oak Lane to Mid Town Road The work is located within Shady Oak Lane and the floodway of the Lower Badger Mill Creek within the Town of Verona, Wisconsin. The project includes all work necessary to connect to an existing 30" sanitary interceptor, installed under Phase 5, and install 1,819 lineal feet of 24-inch, 483 lineal feet of 30-inch and 3,286 lineal feet of 36-inch PVC Pipe including 21 manholes with an internal lining system and two Town of Verona future connections. Work includes replacement of the asphalt pavement surface on Shady Oak Lane within the project limits, traffic control, erosion control, rock excavation, tree removal and surface restoration. All surface elevations within the floodway shall be restored to their existing conditions upon completion of the work. Prequalification with the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District is required for all prime bidders.
