Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Verona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: The Town of Verona is completing roadway maintenance on Hickory Ridge Road, Nor-Del Hill Road, Shady Hill Road, Rolling Meadow Road and Oak Hill Court. The maintenance work consists of asphalt leveling and overlay, asphalt curb, asphalt seal coating, shouldering, and restoration along with other incidental construction. The Town is also completing a reconstruction of Shagbark Court. The reconstruction work consists of asphalt pulverizing, grading, roadway base construction, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and restoration along with other incidental construction. The anticipated substantial completion date is August 15, 2025 and final completion date is August 29, 2025. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The project is funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) Town Road Improvement (TRI) Program.
