Renovation of a municipal facility in Verona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids for construction services to provide electrical services to interconnect the existing photovoltaic solar array on the roof to the facility electrical system. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids (RFB) document & submit Bids. Perform the Work as specified and detailed in Construction Documents package. Contractor to provide interconnection for the Consolidated Food Service (CFS) facility with the existing rooftop mounted photovoltaic solar panels to allow energizing of the system. Question Submission Deadline:June 9, 2025, 2:00pm Bidders must be qualified as Best Value Contractor before Bid Due Date/ Time. Award of Contract / Notice-to-Proceed (estimated): July 28, 2025 Substantial Completion: November 7, 2025 Submit Bid electronically through the Dane County portal on OpenGov (procurement.opengov.com/portal/countyofdane); this includes: 1) Bid Form including Allowances & Alternates & Unit Prices; 2) Bid Bond (5%) or check (scan & upload); 3) Fair Labor Practices Certification; & 4) any other specifically requested items (see ITB for details) ten percent (10%) ESB
