The Madison Metropolitan School District is requesting Proposals for demolition and re-construction of four MSCR cabins and associated scope of work as detailed in Bid Documents. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. A. Scope of alterations work is shown on drawings, and as specified herein. B. Plumbing: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. C. HVAC: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. D. Electrical Power and Lighting: Alter existing and add new consturction keeping existing in operation.. E. Contractor shall become acquainted with the location of underground service, utilities, structures, etc., which may be encountered or be affected by the Contractors work, and shall be responsible for any damage caused by neglect to provide proper precautions or protection. F. Existing pipes, electrical work, and all other utilities encountered, which may interfere with new Work, shall be rerouted, capped, cut off, or replaced by the trades having jurisdiction.
