The project entails the removal and replacement ofLaminated roofing, felt, drip edge/gutter apron, flashing, roofvents, exhaust, and rain caps. 2. Tear offto be disposed of offsite. 3. Contractor to verify that the venting for the Furnace and Water Heater is not separated at the completion ofthe roofing job.
