Renovation of a multi-residential development in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo is accepting bids for Roof Replacement (AMP 500) @ Scattered Sites, Pueblo CO, Bid Package #5, Oakshire & Oakshire Villas - I.F.B. 25-581-PKG5. 1. The project entails the removal and replacement ofLaminated roofing, felt, drip edge/gutter apron, flashing, roofvents, exhaust, and rain caps. 2. Tear offto be disposed of offsite. 3. Contractor to verify that the venting for the Furnace and Water Heater is not separated at the completion ofthe roofing job. Verification will be at the Furnace and Water Heater locations as well as in any attic locations. Photos will be used for verification. Contractor responsible to repair all vents damaged during roofinstallations Location- The scattered sites are located on Pueblo's east side neighborhoods. The Oakshire project consists of(49) single family homes, Oakshire Villas project consists of(9) single family homes.
