Great Valley Consultants 75 Commerce Drive Wyomissing, Pa 19610-3323 (610) 375-8822 The project includes: variable depth milling along curbing and pavement notches, paving fabric for entire cartway width, bituminous leveling course (60 lb/SY), 1 1/2 " depth of 9.5mm wearing, line painting for Maple Street; full depth pavement reconstruction for Elm Street including two (2) ADA curb ramps, excavation and preparation of subgrade, geotextile fabric, 6" depth of 2A aggregate subbase, 4" depth of 25.0mm base course, 1 1/2 " depth of 9.5mm wearing course, curb, sidewalk and driveway apron replacement, variable depth milling, line painting, traffic control and mobilization and bonds. A ten percent (10%) bid security in the form of certified or bank check or bid bond must accompany each sealed proposal. Wages paid for all Work performed shall comply with the Pennsylvania Minimum Prevailing Wage Act as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
