The existing Fair Share Goals are 2.25% MBE and 8.31% WBE. Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of: Installation of approximately 1,500 LF of 12-inch DI water main, 150 LF of 12-inch DR11 HDPE water main by directional drill, 1,000 LF of 8-inch DI water main, 150 LF of 8-inch DR11 HDPE water main by directional drill, 300 LF of 6-inch DI water main and fire services, interior house plumbing for _", 1" and 2" services, decommissioning of two wells, asphalt roadway restoration, and resetting of granite curbing as required on the Contract drawings 1.Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the "Notice to Proceed" as follows: 125 calendar days for substantial completion. 150 calendar days for final completion Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $1,500, for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion, and $1,500 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for final completion. Per Grant Agreement the project completion date is April 30, 2026, and all disbursement requests must be received by NHDES prior to that date. 2.
