Site work and renovation of a civil project in Sweetwater, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Demolition of old pump motors, equipment, piping, and electrical components at the Oak Creek pump station, Booster B pump station, and Booster A pump station. Installation of new pump motors, VFD's, HVAC units, electrical components, instrumentation, and pipe fittings as shown on plans. The existing surge check valves at each Booster pump station are to be inspected and repaired as necessary. The existing surge check valve at the Oak Creek pump station shall be replaced. A mandatory pre-bid conference will not be held. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a proper Contract and execute Bonds on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bond on the forms furnished with the Contract Documents in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. The City of Sweetwater reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
