**As of April 23, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Sweetwater is accepting Competitive Sealed bids for all supervision, materials, labor and equipment necessary for demolition, debris, asbestos removal and clearing services for properties located at 2301 Lamar St, 2303 Lamar St. and 2311Lamar St., in Sweetwater, Tx. Bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form which are combined as single bid proposal. A performance bond will be required for all contracts over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all contracts over $25,000.00. Otherwise, it is included with the performance bond. Payment bonds are to be for 100% of the contract price. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any or all irregularities or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City.
