Site work for a water / sewer project in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed Project includes the construction via open cut and boring of approximately 4,550 feet of 48-inch and 133 feet of 36-inch PVC gravity sewer interceptor pipelines along 23rd Street, starting approximately 900-feet north of Florence Street and ending at New Orleans Street, with new fiberglass manholes and creek crossing steel casing structures. Also included is miscellaneous site work, including but not limited to tree clearing, bypass pumping of sewage, reconnection of service lines, seeding, sodding, and bank stabilization. Construction time will be 240 calendar days. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to BAMA. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by BAMA in the amounts equal to the Contract price. BAMA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
