As of April 4, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 14, 2025. The work contemplated includes furnishing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and miscellaneous items required for the construction as indicated on the drawings and herein specified. The methods and quality ofworkmanship and construction shall be governed by applicable sections ofthese specifications. The Contractor shall comply with all codes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and other legal requirements of public authorities which bear on the performance of the work. The Contractor shall promptly submit written notice to the District of observed variances of contract documents from legal requirements. The Contractor shall coordinate his work with the contractor performing work under separate contracts and shall cooperate fully to ensure smooth execution ofthe work. All Bidders for this project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these bid documents.
