*As of May 7, 2025 this project has been awarded to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions for $206,778.04. Bids will be accepted for, approximately 65,316 sq. yds. of double appli-cation Bituminous Sealcoat #8, as Per PennDOT Pub. 408 section 480 in place. Bid will be award to the lowest signal responsible bidder for both applications. Bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as Prime Contractor. Work to be done as directed by Upper Milford Township. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. Bid-ders must clearly mark and identify bidding documents. Rejection of Bids: The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
