Site work for a road / highway in Zionsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
*As of May 6, 2025 this project has been awarded to " A-1 Traffic Solutions for $19,747.20 for 2025 and $21,542.40 for 2026 for a total amount of $41,289.60. Bids will be accepted for, approximately 34 miles of double yellow lines applied fall of 2025 and fall 2026. Bids will be accepted for, approximately 65,316 sq. yds. of double application Bituminous Sealcoat #8, as Per PennDOT Pub. 408 section 480 in place. Bid will be award to the lowest signal responsible bidder for both applications. Bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as Prime Contractor. Work to be done as directed by Upper Milford Township. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality including a non-collusion affidavit. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. Bidders must clearly mark and identify bidding documents. Rejection of Bids: The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained at the Township Building during normal business hours Monday - Friday, 8 am until 4 pm. The Municipality shall have the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof as it may deem best for the interest of the Municipality. The municipality shall have the right to waive technicalities for the best interest of the Municipality. If an award of the Contract is made, it will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.
