Sealed Proposals Will Be Received for the Following Approximate Totals: 40,000 Gallons E-1 - Prime 20,000Gallons E-3/crs-2 Cationic Emulsified Asphalt (More or Less) 1,400 Ton A ash to No. 8 Coarse Aggregate 1.0% Washed1,400 Ton A ash to No. 67 Coarse Aggregate 1.0% Washed 1,400 Ton A ash to Anti-skid (More or Less) Aggregates and Anti-skid Must Be Submitted in Sample Bags With Bid Proposal. Non Collusion Affidavits Required The Proposal Must Be on Form Furnished by Independence Township.Bids Must Also Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of Total Bid, Payable to Independence Township. The Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals.
