Independence Township Municipal Building for the following approximate totals: 40,000 Gallons E-3/CRS-2 Cationic Emulsified Asphalt (more or less) 1,400 Ton AASHTO No. 8 Coarse Aggregate 1.0% Washed 1,400 Ton AASHTO No. 67 Coarse Aggregate 1.0% Washed 1,400 Ton AASHTO Anti-Skid (more or less) Aggregates and Anti-Skid must be submitted in sample bags with Bid proposal. Non collusion affidavits required. All material must be online certified according to the most recent Publication #408. Certificate of Compliance CS4171 must accompany all aggregate shipments. Proposal must be on forms furnished by Independence Township. All bids must be sealed and indicate Independence Township Bid Proposal on the outside of the envelope. Bids must also be accompanied by certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of total bid, payable to Independence Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
