For the following approximate totals: 60,000 Gallons CRS-2 (E3 Emulsified Asphalt & Modified) 3,800 Tons Various Bituminous Material 7,200 Tons Various Aggregates 1,200 Tons Anti-Skid 21,000 Gallons Fuel 2,500 Gallons High Sulfur Heating Oil Aggregates and Anti-Skid must be submitted in sample bags with Bid proposal. Non collusion affidavits required. All material must be PennDOT certified according to the most recent Publication #408. Certificate of Compliance CS4171 must accompany all shipments. Proposal must be on forms furnished by the Commission. All bids must be accompanied by bid bond in the amount of 10% of total bid, payable to the Commission, who reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All amounts are MORE OR LESS (M/L).
