For the following approximate totals: 55,000 Gallons CRS-2 (E3 Emulsified Asphalt & Modified) 4,000 Tons Various Bituminous Material 9,850 Tons Various Aggregates 1,200 Tons Anti-Skid 21,000 Gallons Fuel 3,000 Gallons High Sulfur Heating Oil Aggregates & Anti-Skid must be submitted in sample bags with Bid proposal. Non collusion affidavits required. All material must be PennDOT certified according to the most recent Publication #408. Certificate of Compliance CS4171 must accompany all shipments. Proposal must be on forms furnished by the Commission. All bids must be accompanied by bid bond in the amount of 10% of total bid, payable to the Commission, who reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.All amounts are MORE OR LESS (M/L).
