Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The description of work to be completed under this Contract is as follows: The work for the construction of the Cross Creek Discovery Cove park development project in Cross Creek Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, shall include, but is not necessarily limited to 1. Mobilization. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Excavation and roadway embankment construction. 4. Subbase, bituminous paving. 5. Construction of fishing piers, floating docks. 6. Guide rail installation 7. Landscaping. 8. Maintenance and protection of traffic. 9.
